When your energy needs a boost, a smoothie full of berries is the perfect solution. Ingredients (1 large glass of smoothie)
- 2 dl strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 dl cranberries or raspberries
- 1 banana
- 2 dl yogurt (natural or Greek for more protein)
- about 1 dl cold water
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey (optional)

Procedure
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if you want a thinner smoothie.
