Healthy smoothie with blueberries, strawberries and cranberries – easy recipe

When your energy needs a boost, a smoothie full of berries is the perfect solution. Not only does it taste fresh and delicious, but it also provides you with a solid dose of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Berries like blueberries, strawberries and cranberries are known to support both the immune system, skin health and energy – and together with yogurt and banana you get a balanced drink with both protein, fiber and natural sweetness.

Ingredients (1 large glass of smoothie)

  • 2 dl strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 dl cranberries or raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dl yogurt (natural or Greek for more protein)
  • about 1 dl cold water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey (optional)

Procedure

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if you want a thinner smoothie.
  3. Taste – adjust with more honey for sweetness, or more berries for freshness.
  4. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately!
