DELIVERY TIMES
In Norway, delivery time is normally 1-5 business days depending on the delivery address. Delays may occur from the shipping company during holidays and vacation periods.
All packages are shipped from Lettbutikk in Ytre Enebakk.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving any reason. As soon as we have received and processed the returned items, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item(s) must be unused, and the product and packaging must be in unchanged and resalable condition. This means you cannot use the product, remove labels, or break any seals. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item(s) must be sent back to Aarja Health AS in the original packaging. According to section 15 of the Right of Withdrawal Act, return costs must be borne by the buyer.
When using a return label, NOK 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND FOR RETURNS:
If you have paid by card, we will refund the amount to the same card you used for the purchase. Returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days. If you have questions regarding the refund, please contact us directly at support@aarjahealth.com
If you have paid with Klarna, Klarna will refund you once we have approved the return.
If you have paid with Vipps, the amount will be refunded to the bank account linked to your Vipps account.
COMPLAINT
After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity, check whether the delivery matches the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or if there are any errors or defects in the products.
If the products have defects or deficiencies when you receive them, you may, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the defect, replacement, price reduction, compensation, or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of defects and deficiencies in the products can be given to us orally or in writing by informing customer service within 14 days after you discovered the defect or deficiency. For evidence purposes, we recommend sending your complaint in writing to customer service with a photo. We will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing and handle the complaint within 7 working days.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council for assistance in a possible dispute with the seller, or the EU Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you want to file a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
Packages are stored at the last stop for 7 days (please note this may vary and can be up to 14 days). You will receive a notification when the package arrives. If you have not received the package notification or picked up your package, you can contact us. Unclaimed shipments will not be returned unless you contact our customer service to declare it. All unclaimed packages will automatically be charged 100 NOK for postage and handling related to the refund.
