DELIVERY TIMES
In Norway, delivery time is normally 1-5 business days depending on your address. There may be delays from shipping companies in connection with holidays and vacations.
All packages are shipped from Lettbutikk in Ytre Enebakk.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & RETURN
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. As soon as we have received and processed the goods you have returned, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer. For the right of cancellation to apply, the goods must be unused, and the product and packaging must be in an unaltered and saleable condition. This means that you cannot use the product, remove labels or break any seals. To exercise the right of cancellation, the goods must be returned to Aarja Health AS in their original packaging. According to Section 15 of the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.
When using a return label, 100kr will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND OF RETURNS:
If you paid by card, we will refund the amount to the same card you used for purchase. Returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us directly at support@aarjahealth.com
If you paid with Klarna, Klarna will refund you once we have approved the return.
If you have paid with Vipps, the amount will be refunded to the account number your Vipps account is linked to.
COMPLAINT
After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity, examine whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether there are any errors or deficiencies in the products.
If the products are faulty or defective when you receive the products in your possession, you may, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the fault, replacement, price reduction, compensation or cancellation of the purchase. Notification of faults and defects in the products can be given to us verbally or in writing by notifying customer service within 14 days of discovering the fault or defect. For evidentiary purposes, we recommend that you send us a written complaint to customer service with a picture. We will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing and handle the complaint within 7 working days.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer may contact the Danish Consumer Council for assistance in a possible dispute with the seller, or the European Commission's complaint portal may also be used if you wish to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
Packages are held at the last stop for 7 (note that this can vary and can be up to 14 days). You will receive a notification when your package arrives. If you have not received the package notification or collected your package, please contact us. Unclaimed shipments will not be returned unless you contact our customer service to declare it. All unclaimed packages will automatically be charged 100kr for postage and handling in connection with the refund.
