Ingredients:

Microencapsulated blueberry juice powder (Vaccinium Myrtillus) (dry matter in blueberry juice, maltodextrin), methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

Recommended daily dose: 1–2 sachets per day mixed with water.

Instructions for use: Empty 1 sachet into a glass of lukewarm water, stir with a teaspoon and drink before eating. It is recommended to place the water on the kitchen counter the evening before so it reaches room temperature. We do not use any anti-caking agents to keep the product as pure as possible, so it may feel a bit clumpy, but it will dissolve after 10 minutes.

When should I take OptiMSM®+C? OptiMSM®+C can be taken at any time of the day. However, we recommend taking it in the morning, preferably before breakfast, as vitamin C can be somewhat stimulating for some. If you do not feel any effect after 1–2 weeks, you can increase to 2 sachets per day. Take the second sachet before lunch or dinner.

Side effects: Some may experience looser bowels, mild nausea, and joint pain at the start. OptiMSM activates the body’s own cleansing system. This is not harmful and disappears after a few days. Feel free to take a 5-day break and start again with a lower dose, and use the product only after eating.

Pregnancy: OptiMSM is not recommended during pregnancy. Pregnant and nursing women are encouraged to eat a varied diet.

Precautions: Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Inform your doctor about use of the product if you are under medical treatment. Not to be used by children and youth under 16 years.

Storage: Store dry, closed, and out of reach of children. (15–25 degrees Celsius).

Recycle: Recycle the box with paper waste and the portion sachet with aluminium waste.
