Have only used it for 30 days, together with collagen, notice a slight difference. But hard to say what is better.
The children take it when it is crushed and mixed in a smoothie.
Does not completely dissolve in thinner drinks and as the children say - it settles a bit like sand at the bottom of the glass and it is not pleasant to drink.
They also can't swallow it whole, as it feels very dry.
Effect not quite measurable yet after 3 weeks of use.
