Recommended daily dose: 1-2 sachets per day mixed with water.

Instructions for use: Empty 1 bag into a glass of lukewarm water and mix with a teaspoon and drink before eating. Please prepare the water on the kitchen counter the night before so that it reaches room temperature. We do not use any anti-clumping agents to keep the product as clean as possible and can therefore feel a little lumpy, but this resolves after 10 minutes.

When should I take OptiMSM®+C OptiMSM®+C can be taken at any time during the day. However, we recommend taking it in the morning, preferably before breakfast, as vitamin C may not be very stimulating for some. If you do not feel any effect after 1-2 weeks, you can increase to 2 bags per day. Take the second bag before lunch or dinner.

Side effects: A few may experience a looser stomach, slight nausea, joint pain in the beginning. OptiMSM initiates the body's own detox system. It is not dangerous and disappears after a few days. Please take a break of 5 days and start again with a lower dose and use the product only when you have eaten.

Pregnant: OptiMSM is not recommended during pregnancy. Pregnant and breastfeeding women are encouraged to eat a varied diet.

Precautions: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Inform your doctor about using the product if you are under medical treatment. May not be used by children and young people under the age of 16.

WHAT DIFFERENTS OPTIMSM FROM OTHER AVAILABLE MSM ON THE MARKET?

OptiMSM is the purest and even GRAS-marked (Generally Recognized As Safe) MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Our supplier of MSM powder uses its own distillation process in several stages, and each batch is tested by a third party, which ensures optimal purity, quality and consistency. In contrast to OptiMSM, other commercially available MSM uses crystallization to isolate the MSM molecule. When this crystallized material cools, occlusions can develop that trap impurities in the MSM and lead to material that may contain heavy metals, residual water and other impurities. IS IT A NATURAL SOURCE OF MSM?

MSM is a naturally occurring substance found in the human body and in many foods. The highest concentration of MSM in nature is found in milk from mammals, but these sources contain MSM in very small amounts, which makes it impossible to isolate or cultivate.

The focus on purity sets OptiMSM® apart from other competitors. Chemists and other experts believe that the multi-stage distillation process used to purify OptiMSM is the superior method on the market. The end product is biomimetic, which means that it is the same as what is found in nature.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN CLEANING MSM?

Commercial MSM is produced from a chemical reaction between dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). In the reaction, the hydrogen peroxide gives an available oxygen atom to DMSO and forms MSM, which is also called DMSO2, and water (DMSO + H2O2 = DMSO2 + H2O).

After the reaction is finished, MSM must be separated from the water and other reaction by-products. Separation is usually done by one of two different processes; either crystallization or distillation. Chemists consider that distillation is the superior separation method for purifying MSM and if performed correctly it will consistently yield a product with 99.9% purity.

MSM is sometimes called "organic sulphur" because it is a carbonaceous molecule. Carbonaceous molecules are by definition organic substances.

However, this should not be confused with food, plant products or plant-based dietary supplements that are marketed as certified organic (a very strict process), organic, 100% organic or made with organic ingredients. In these cases, Organic is a brand term that indicates that a food or an agricultural product has been produced according to approved methods. MSM is not and cannot be produced in a way that can be certified as organic.

WHAT DOES BIOMIMETICAL MEAN?

Biomimetics refers to man-made processes, substances, devices or systems that imitate nature. Or another way of saying it is that the term refers to a compound that imitates a biological material in structure or function.

HOW DOES OPTIMISM WORK?

OptiMSM can improve health in various ways and create balance. Firstly, MSM is a proven source of bioavailable sulphur. Sulfur is important for several bodily functions, including supporting connective tissue and metabolism.

HOW LONG SHOULD I TAKE OPTIMSM BEFORE IT STARTS WORKING?

Glucosamine and chondroitin are much larger, more complex molecules. MSM is a small, simple molecule that is essentially carbonized organic sulphur.

Glucosamine and chondroitin are components, or building blocks, of normal cartilage. Glucosamine is a substance found naturally in the fluid that surrounds your veins; Chondroitin is found in the cartilage around your joint. Both substances play a role in keeping the conductors soft and lubricated.

DOES OPTIMSM CONTAIN SILICON DIOXIDE?
