Aarja Health's Omega-3 Krill is based on pure krill oil from Antarctica, combined with choline and astaxanthin – developed for optimal absorption and effect. Our krill oil contains the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which contribute to normal heart function, normal brain function, and normal vision with a daily intake of at least 250 mg EPA/DHA, in accordance with EFSA-approved health claims.

The krill oil is bound to phospholipids which provide better bioavailability and thus effective utilization in the body compared to traditional fish oil. Directions: Take one (1) to four (4) capsules per day with water. It is advisable to build up the level with 2-4 capsules over a few weeks. Then maintain with 2 capsules per day.
