I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY PAGE - WHAT DO I DO?

My Page is created automatically after the first time you order a subscription product. You will then receive a verification email that you must confirm. Without confirmation, you will not be able to log in to My Page. This email can often end up in your spam folder, so it is important that you check there if you do not see it in your regular inbox.

HOW TO ADD MULTIPLE PRODUCTS TO THE SAME ORDER?

If you want more than one product in your subscription order, you can continue shopping and add other products to your order in the same way (see instructions above).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE DIFFERENT DELIVERY FREQUENCY FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery frequency for each product you add to your cart. You can also edit the delivery frequency from the link you will find in the order confirmation after creating your subscription, or by contacting us by phone or aarja@aarjahealth.com

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS PER ORDER?

In Norway, shipping costs 59 NOK. We offer free delivery on all orders over 499 NOK. Read more about shipping costs here.

CAN I COMBINE A SUBSCRIPTION AND A ONE-TIME PURCHASE?

Yes, you can . You can choose between subscription and one-time purchase separately on each product page before adding to cart.
