Buyer is the consumer placing the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/purchaser. Aarja Health AS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this website to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein. All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the shopping cart you will see the total price including all shipping and taxes. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Products or services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. These products or services may have limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with the return policy.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products displayed in the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer screen's display of colors will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice, in our sole discretion. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

8. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any orders you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the number of purchases or products per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. 9. Ordering
Products are ordered via our online store aarjahealth.no. You can order by adding your desired product to the cart and completing the order. All orders are confirmed via email, which will state the price of the order, delivery costs and an overview of the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering.
The customer accepts the delivery terms that apply to each order. All prices include VAT in Norway. Please note that if you order to another country, you may be required to pay customs duties.
We offer paid products and/or services on the Site. In such cases, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).

10. Payment and payment methods
We will not store or request your payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is subject to their privacy policies. These payment processors comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS as administered by the PCI Security Standards Council. All active payment methods can be found on the checkout page and by going through the payment section in the shopping cart. There are no other fees on your original purchase than what is stated in the order confirmation you receive by email.

How to pay by card:

• Fill in all information about yourself and your address.
• Choose payment with VISA or Mastercard.
• Fill in the card number, expiration month and year, and the security code on the back of the card (the last three digits).
• Enter the code from the code chip, password or similar to complete the purchase with 3D-secure.

The amount is reserved on your account immediately after ordering, and will not be available on your payment card until the reservation is released. The reservation will not be deducted from your payment card until the order has been processed by us, and will be released again if your order is rejected. If only part of your order can be delivered, money will only be deducted for the items that can be delivered to you, and the remainder of the reservation will be released again and available on your account.

How to pay with Vipps:

• Fill in all information about yourself and your address.
• Choose payment with Vipps.
• Enter your phone number (8 digits), then enter the Vipps app where you will be sent a payment request which must then be approved with your personal Vipps code (4 digits).

The amount is reserved on your account immediately after ordering, and will then not be available on your payment card registered in Vipps until the reservation is released. The reservation will not be deducted from your payment card until the order has been processed by the store, and will be released again if your order is rejected. If only part of your order can be delivered, money will only be deducted for the items that can be delivered to you, and the remainder of the reservation will be released again and available on your account.

How to pay with Klarna:

• Klarna Invoice with 30-day payment deadline.
• If you choose to pay by invoice, you will receive an invoice by email when the package is shipped from us.
• The invoice is due within 30 days from when the item is shipped.
• Klarna partial payment or account, this is a separate choice at checkout.
• The invoice will be sent to the same email address entered with the order.

It is worth noting that when choosing Klarna invoice/partial payment, you can find more information and general credit terms here at Klarna's terms of use , Klarna's privacy policy ). Klarna can be contacted by phone at 21 01 89 91 or at klarna.no. You must be of legal age to shop.

If you are returning all or part of your order and have chosen invoice as the payment method, you can postpone the due date yourself free of charge at www.klarna.no. If this is not done, a reminder fee may be incurred before your return is received and processed. Reminder fees are incurred by the customer. When ordering an exchange, the return should not be registered with Klarna, as the customer must deal with the same invoice when using the exchange function.

How to pay with PayPal :

• Payment with PayPal is free of charge.
• By paying with PayPal, you can either use your existing PayPal account and log in at checkout, or proceed without previously having an account and pay with a debit or credit card.

You will be redirected to complete your order when you check out, all information is encrypted with SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to your card information. For more information on this, go to paypal.com.

How to pay with Apple Pay:
Apple offers secure payments, where you can choose whether to pay with VISA, MasterCard or AmericanExpress.

How to use gift cards or discount codes:
If you have a gift card code or a discount code that you want to use on aarjahealth.no, you must add and activate the code in your shopping cart where it says "Gift card or discount code" before proceeding to secure payment. Unless otherwise stated, the gift card only covers the price of the item you order, not other fees. It is not possible to purchase item(s) for a lower amount than the value of the gift card/discount code. You cannot combine multiple discount/gift card codes on the same purchase. If you have forgotten to enter the discount code/gift card code before payment, unfortunately Aarja Health cannot change this after the order has been placed.
It is not possible to use discount codes when ordering our gift cards, if this occurs it will unfortunately be cancelled.

11. Return policy

12. Optional third-party tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control or input. If an amicable solution is not reached after mediation in the Norwegian Consumer Council, the parties may request in writing that the Norwegian Consumer Council refer the dispute to the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Committee. The decision of the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Committee shall be legally binding four weeks after notification. The seller will comply with the decision of the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Committee.

23. Force Majeure
Special circumstances beyond human control such as war, major labor disputes, blockades, fires, environmental disasters, serious infections that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from its obligations. Such exemption applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified of the circumstances immediately when using this provision.
