Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Email and phone

The mobile messaging service (the "Service") is provided by Aarja Health Norge (“Aarja Health Norge”, “we”, or “us”). Use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or terminate the Service without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance.

By consenting to Aarja Health Norge's SMS/messaging service, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of Aarja Health Norge to your provided mobile number, even if the number is registered on a "Do Not Call" list. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order status and account notifications). Promotional messages may include offers, special offers, and other marketing promotions (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation in this program is voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all costs and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile operator. Frequency of messages may vary. Message and data charges may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your operator for details. You are responsible for all costs associated with SMS/messaging, including charges from your mobile operator.

You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the command word STOP to AarjaHealth or click on the unsubscribe link (where available) in a text message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate a new conversation yourself. If you are subscribed to other messaging programs from Aarja Health Norge and wish to unsubscribe, you must unsubscribe from each program separately.

We may change the shortcodes or telephone numbers we use to provide the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. The mobile operators supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or missed messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-register with the new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you take or fail to take based on the information or the Service.
