Recommended daily dose: 1-2 sachets per day mixed with water.

Instructions for use: 1 sachet in a glass of water and stir with a teaspoon. Please put water on the kitchen counter the night before so that it comes to room temperature. We do not use anti-clumping agents to keep the product as moist as possible and the powder may therefore experience small lumps, but this resolves after 10 minutes.

When should I take Mind+Body Boost: Mind+Body Boost can be taken at any time during the day. However, we recommend taking it in the morning or early afternoon, preferably before breakfast, as vitamins can have a refreshing effect for some. Can also be mixed with our OPTIMSM.
