Instructions for use

• Isotonic SportyBoost:
  Mix 1/2 sachet in a glass of water and stir, or use 1 sachet in a drinking bottle (500 ml) and shake.
  When should I take SportyBoost?
  Drink during training, competition or physical work for optimal performance and hydration.
  Can be taken the day before competition, as well as afterwards to restore fluid balance.
• Triple Magnesium:
  Take 1–3 tablets daily with or without food.
  Preferably in the evening for better muscle relaxation and sleep.
  For better stress control and recovery, the dose can be divided:
  e.g. 1 tablet in the morning and 2 in the evening (1–3 hours before bedtime).
